Return Policy

Terms and Conditions.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

Items that have been delivered late due to reasons out of our control (i.e. postal delays).

Any product missing the serial number or scratched or with removed security hologram.

Items Purchased from Other companies.

Refunds may occasionally be offered at the discretion of the management.

Please note that we are unable to exchange items. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you should contact us immediately by email,post or other available method.

We recommend all post is done via Recorded Delivery which requires a signature. 

IDL.ME.UK wants every order to go as smoothly as possible, but in rare cases, disputes will occur. We will not issue a refund in cases where local law prohibits the use of IDL. Please contact your local government for more information on Laws and Rules.
